Rev. Daniel Lee

Pastor
Korean Bethel Presbyterian Church of Chicago

Rev. Daniel Lee is the pastor of the Korean Bethel Presbyterian Church of Chicago.  Rev. Lee is active in HIV/AIDS prevention advocacy work, particularly around the use of more Asian American images and languages in public service announcements.  He uses his weekly sermons as an opportunity to educate his congregation about HIV/AIDS and other relevant health issues that may be difficult to discuss in the community.

Rev. Lee’s efforts in congregations across the country earned him an invitation as a Guest Speaker at “Opening Doors – A Call for Compassion and Inclusion of Asian and Pacific Islanders Living with HIV/AIDS,” a national event hosted by the API American Health Forum.  He also serves as the director of the “Youth with a Mission” Korean ministry in Chicago and as associate director of the Hallelujah Mission Agency in Chicago.
