David C. Lizárraga is the dynamic and visionary leader of TELACU who has dedicated his life to rebuilding communities.  An advocate of empowering people so that they may improve the quality of their lives, Mr. Lizárraga has worked tirelessly to provide economically disadvantaged families and young people access to the tools they need to pursue the American Dream.

Mr. Lizárraga’s leadership has taken TELACU from a small community-based organization to the largest, most successful community development corporation in the nation.  Internationally recognized as one of the country’s top Latino leaders, David C. Lizárraga is often consulted for his expertise in the fields of business, governmental issues, and community and economic development.
