Gloria works to make a difference in the world, and her two companies enable her to affect change she believes betters the world.

Gloria is the US partner of RedZebra Integrated Insights, a global innovative organizational development company.  RedZebra designs custom-tailored workshops/trainings using proven rhythm and creativity techniques that maximize individual/group potential through facilitated discoveries and insights, and help corporations and organizations evolve from within.

RedZebra is also involved in HIV/AIDS work internationally as a Dance4Life partner, training and empowering youth, encouraging the celebration of life, and raising awareness/aid for preventing and stopping the pandemic.

Gloria also owns/runs MOLA, a qualitative market-research firm dedicated to bringing fresh techniques to the field and helping the US Latino consumer voice be understood.  MOLA has done pro-bono research for Clinica Para Las Americas in LA amongst others.

Gloria is a native of Panama, bilingual/bicultural, and holds a B.A. in Psychology from UT, Austin.
